We offer a very personalized winery experience highlighting locally grown grapes, including our 5-acre estate vineyard. With a combined 30 years of experience, our winemaking team composed of owner, Shane Christ and winemaker, Kirk Etheridge strives to compose approachable, high-quality wines and ciders that capture both Indiana character and tasteful charm
The Winemaking Process
We commence our winemaking journey with exceptional fruit sourced from reputable growers. Our approach is one of gentleness and responsiveness, embracing minimal intervention. We take our cues from each barrel, allowing the wine to unfold naturally over time. Our reliance on carefully selected, patient whole-cluster fermentations, and meticulous hand punchdowns ensures a true representation of the wine’s character. We age our wines in a classic manner with minimal racking, selecting only those that truly ignite our passion.

With 7 varietals, our 5-acre estate vineyard with gentle hills, well-drained soil and full sun exposure proves to be a wonderful location to grow and harvest grapes right here in Ashley, Indiana.
